Streekey Rules

RULES & SCORING

1. Every Streek will consist of a series of sports/entertainment props. A selection of one of the two possibilities for each prop will have to be made by each playerbefore the start time of each prop respectivly, or the system will select one for you. This is done by swiping left or right on your device.

2. Players who choose the correct answer for each prop will advance to the next prop until completion of each individual Streek. The contest goes until there is one player remaining or all the props have been answered.

3. In situations where all props are completed and there are muliple players remaining who selected all correct answers, there will be a split of the designated prize pool between the remaining players.

Streekey Official Rules

To enter a Streekey contest, you must agree to and abide by these "Official Rules".

1. ELIGIBILITY: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to open an account, participate in contests, or win prizes offered by Streekey. In jurisdictions, territories, and locations where the minimum age for permissible use of the Website is greater than nineteen (19) years of age at time of account creation if you are a legal resident of Alabama or Nebraska. You must be twenty-one (21) years of age if you are a legal resident of Arizona, Iowa, Louisiana, or Massachusetts; you must meet the age requirement that your local area deems legal. It is a criminal offense to allow any individual that does not meet the age requirements in their local jurisdiction or territory to participate in Streekey contests. You agree to abide by all applicable laws in the jurisdiction where you are located while using Streekey. Legal residents of the Excluded Regions are eligible to open and maintain accounts on the Website for use only in Streekey Freerolls.

2. REGISTRATION/ENTRY: You must be a registered Streekey member ("Member") to enter. To register and enter, visit either: http://streekey.com ("Website"); or the Streekey App ("Streekey App"). The Streekey Website and Streekey App are collectively referred to herein as the "Entry Methods." You will need to log in with your username and password; or, if you are not a registered Member, you will need to create an account. If you are not a Member, you may become a Member for free by visiting the Website, clicking on the "Create Account" link and providing the requested information on the registration form.

Entries must be manually selected by the entrant before tip-off or a random selection will be made for you by the system. By entering the Streekey contest, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Streekey and the Administrator, which are binding and final in all matters. Data rates may apply if entry is submitted via your mobile device according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Other charges may apply; check your device's capabilities for further information. You may create only (1) one account per person to participate in the Services offered on Streekey. If we at Streekey discover that you have opened more than one account per person, Streekey reserves the right to suspend or terminate any or all of your accounts and withhold or revoke any prizes you have been awarded. You are responsible for maintaining the integrity of your login names and passwords and you accept responsibility for all activities and charges that occur under your account. It shall be a violation to allow any other person to use your account to participate in any contest. You are responsible for ensuring the use of strong and secure passwords, and you should change your password occasionally for safety. If you have any reason to believe that someone is using your account, you should contact us immediately. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to notify us of unauthorized use. If we request personal account information from you, you must provide us with accurate and complete information and must update any necessary account information if and when it is needed to.

3. HOW TO PLAY: On your "Make Pick" page, select your prediction of the outcome of a listed "Matchup" in a variety of professional or collegiate (or other) sports. Each Matchup entails making a prediction as between two (2) teams, individual competitors, events and/or statistics within a professional (or amateur) sporting event, or a combination of any of the foregoing. Listed lock times are based on the scheduled start time of the underlying competition including the corresponding Matchup, but may be changed by the Administrator to accommodate changes to the scheduled starting time of the specific competition, or for any other reason, in Administrator's sole discretion. If canceled, the Matchup will NOT count for the Streek and will be removed from the Streek (another Matchup will be added to the end of the Streek in this scenario). Prior to a Matchup being marked as ACTIVE, you may change your prediction as to the outcome of that Matchup as many times as you want, with the last change constituting your final prediction.

Here are some basic examples of Matchups:

• COLLEGE BASKETBALL - Who will win? Duke Blue Devils OR North Carolina Tar Heels?

• PRO BASKETBALL - Who will win? Golden State Warriors OR Los Angeles Lakers?

• SOCCER/EUROPEAN FOOTBALL - Who will win? Manchester City OR Liverpool?

• AMERICAN PRO FOOTBALL - Higher total? Kansas City Chiefs Starting Quarterback Pass Completions OR Detroit Lions (Team) 1st Downs?

• PRO BASKETBALL - More points? Memphis Grizzlies Starting Point Guard OR Miami Heat’s Starting Power Forward?

• MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL - More Home Runs hit? San Francisco Giants or Los Angeles Dodgers?

For most prop matchups, the side (be it a team or player) with the HIGHER score, time or total will be declared the winner, but in some, the side that has the LOWER score, time or total will win. Please read the Matchup questions and corresponding options to choose from carefully before making your pick. On the first day of the Streek, all participants start with of a "Streek" of zero (0); if you win a Matchup (that is, your prediction as to the outcome of the Matchup is correct) your Streek continues; if you lose a Matchup (that is, your prediction as to the outcome of the matchup is NOT correct) your Streek is broken and you are eliminated. Your Streek is measured by the number of consecutive Matchups you win by correctly predicting their outcome. Matchups may also be canceled (either prior to or after the start time) by the Streekey Administrator for reasons including (but not limited to) player injuries, player absences, modification of underlying corresponding competition from its original format by the relevant league's governing body, an act of God or inability to complete the underlying corresponding competition because of weather or any other reason, including COVID-19/Coronavirus; if this occurs, the Matchup will be listed as "Canceled". In all such cases, the Streekey Administrator’s decision is final, binding and non-appealable. In the event that the Matchup you selected is marked as CANCELED, your streek will not end, but instead will continue unchanged as if the Matchup in question never occurred.

A correct result will be based on the outcome of the Matchup in a timely manner after the conclusion of the underlying corresponding competition(s) for that Matchup, notwithstanding any later adjustments made by the relevant league's governing body.

LONGEST STREEK TIEBREAKERS:

● Tiebreaker- When the Streek in concluded, any number of entrants that are still alive will CHOP the corresponding prize money according to the number of places paid.

4. PRIZE WINNER DETERMINATION/NOTIFICATION: The Streekey System will review all eligible entries received during the active Streek period overall to determine which registered Member earned the Longest Winning Streek.

5. Interruption/cancellation due to Covid-19/Coronavirus: entrants understand and agree that, due to Covid-19/Coronavirus, one or more matchups/underlying competitions in one or more professional and/or amateur sports competitions may not be conducted as originally scheduled. if a matchup is canceled and/or not played to completion due directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, to the impact/effects of Covid-19/Coronavirus, Streekey administrator reserves the right to cancel that matchup. Notice of such actions by the Streekey administrator will be posted on the website and the Streekey app.

6. PRIZES: The total value of all prizes in the STREEK will be determined by the number of entrants and the buy-in amount.

If any ties occur at the conclusion of any Streek, the remaining entrants will split the awarded prize in equal shares (Chop).

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Streekey winners will be notified through the Streekey App and Website. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the prize will be forfeited without compensation and an alternate potential winner will be selected; the method of selection of alternate winner will be dependent on the specific prize forfeited.

8. CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Released Parties do not make any representation, warranty or guarantee, express or implied, relating to any given Streek, and are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment, hardware, software or programming associated or used with the Streek; (2) technical errors, defects, delays or failures of any kind, including without limitation malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in communications lines, Internet or website access, hardware or software; (3) digital or electronic disruptions, e.g., viruses; (4) unauthorized human intervention, e.g., hacking; (5) technical or human error which may occur in connection with any aspect of the Streek; (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Streek, access to, copying or downloading materials from Streekey or any other website, or receipt or use of any prize (excluding liability for negligence where prohibited by law); or (7) for any cancellation, suspension or postponement of any type of game or league, or event of force majeure (including but not limited to occurrences arising from, in whole or in part, or related, directly or indirectly, to COVID-19/Coronavirus).
